Above All Roofing Services is appropriately named. This company is definitely "above it all" in quality and customer service. I got two other estimates, one ridiculously low and the other a tad higher. But I chose this company for several reasons in addition to the fact that I knew the job was reasonably priced: (1) Emile provided a clear description of what was needed and why the old roof was in such terrible shape (lack of venting). (2) When he asked where I lived, he said that replacing the roofs on an apartment complex down the road from my home had been his "bread and butter" for five years. (3) I knew his great sense of humor would help see me, usually a panicky person, through the process. The end result was a beautiful new roof that we are confident will protect us from leaky ceilings this winter and long after we are gone. My sense is that his employees like him and trust him, and he respects them and treats them well, too. Above All Roofing Services is a very well managed company. - Karen R.

Amazing experience with Above All Roofing Services. Emile is honest and prompt. Called during rain as mold developing in kid's room ceiling. Emile called an employee in and together they came out immediately despite it being Friday late afternoon. Looked everything up and down. Could have charged me an arm and leg. Not Emile, he said the roof is not the problem and explained what was happening and how to manage it. We had pre-agreed on a price for the evaluation. Emile said, no way he would take the money as they did not end up doing much work (he sure did the evaluation though). Lots more rain and NO ISSUES. “Emile is the only roofer of a dozen I called mid-rainstorm who responded promptly and who also came to visit ASAP to inspect a significant roof leak in my home. My home's leak is an ongoing and unfortunately very complicated problem at the nexus of several different roof planes, and Emile was forthcoming about its complexity and honest in his assessment of the situation and the need for additional resources (e.g. a builder/contractor) to be called in to help as well. He also noticed another problem with a downspout and fixed it in the pouring rain at no cost to me. Emile was able to come out on the same day I called to inspect my roof for a leak. Thorough, took photos, got up on my roof in the rain and gave me suggestions for what needed to be done, not necessarily just selling me the most expensive product (full new roof, which I am well aware I need at this point).
